the first day...
arrived at the resort after a long nap on the bus..
lolx
went to get our room key....
unpacked and went for training on the elements....
tried flying fox,
tried the "elements"
tried also the ropes course..
which proved useful sia....
very useful....
the first nite was the best....
we get to stay at the resort...
air conditioned sia...
also got tv...
watched the match between holland and germany....
lol
had a great nites sia...
the next day...
day 2:
packed our backpacks and made our way to base camp at checkpoint 4....
around 2000+++metres above sea level...
was tough at first with so many steps...
but after a while....
being used to it...
it was easier to make the climb...
finally reached the base camp after a trek of abt 3 hours...
maybe more...
had free time of abt 5hours...
went to the river to take pics and to bathe in it....
the water we drink was also from the river...
we had to put chlorine tablets in it for 30 minutes first befor drinking sia...
lol..
luckily i brought vit c tablets...
or the water would have been too "not nice"to drink...
lol....
had a great nite's sleep....
day 3:
woke up very early....
at 6am...
set off for the summit at 6.45+++
had a tough time trekking sia....
especially at K.F.C.
meaning:Killing Field Course
it really kills
so steep and so high....
but eventually still made it...
abt halfway up...
the weather turned quite cold...
with mist and fog everywhere....
as we were IN the clouds...
so shiok sia....
reached the summit in abt 4hours ++
had lots of foto taking and enjoyed the scenery....
soooooo nice sia........
cant get enough of it.....
den....
we made our way down....
was scary sia....
so high...
but still managed to make my way down...
reached camp at abt 4 hrs later too...


was the last few who made it down....
coz my group had ppl injured...
we had to get them down..

den had camp fire....
to me:it was boring...
almost slept there...
:)

but all in all..
i had fun...
den on the 4th day...
made our way down.....
den...
got on the bus....
same thing again...
had a long nap before stopping somewhere...
bought two big packs of chewing gum sia...
went thru customs smoothly without a glitch...
hehes...
lol
am now enjoying the gums sia...
hehes
home sweet home............

haiz...
i have some regrets though....
i missed GOH training....
wonder if i will still be in it or not....
:'(
