hmmm.....sometimes i really wonder.......does anyone really see my blog one????haiz........ any way.....to day was a bad one........ a bad dae.........first thing in the morning....was bugged by maniam to take a cab wif him to school....wasted my $6++.........dan was the actual training itself..........quite sucky i suppose........but as mr leow said.....its to train up our fitness......ahd pt during training tooo.......was runnig last...had to knock down 5 each time i run last....n guess how much i did???.....i did abt one hundred ++..........haiz........dan still got pds..........
wah lau......pds PT damn tough........all continous one........sianzzzzz...but still managed to endure n got thru hahaz.......haiz........i tink i'm the weakest in ncc.......
